Sounds too good to be true?  40 years ago I met Jim Rohn.  He became my number one mentor.  I hired him twice to speak for me at conventions and we became friends.  He told me something I would never forget.  He said, “Mike, if you take my advice and build a personal philosophy of
customer service and support, you will have so many new customers and distributors, you will have to give them away to your team.  Well that
became a self-fulfilling prophesy.   Through these blog posts, I hope to impart that same philosophy in you.

Our business is advertising.  We are like a personal advertising agency with one client – Vollara and ActivePure.  The more we advertise, the
bigger the fees we get paid.  We are paid on results, which is why our pay is so significant.  There is no dead pay going out for paper shufflers.  Those that advertise and get results from that advertising get paid very well.

A powerful philosophy for Health Home Showcases is this: Replace a show with a show and you will always have someplace to go.  The opposite is true.  Don’t replace a show with a show and you will have no place to go.  Thank you Jennifer Gonyon for these powerful words! When we don’t have a schedule full of opportunities to advertise, we get distracted with other businesses.  I call these Empty Wells that people put empty buckets in.  They keep coming up dry.  You know the ones on social media “faking it before they make it”.

The Rule Of 4

When you sponsor a new Distributor, back that up with 4 more.  Don’t stop working under this new emerging leader until you help them sponsor 4 more.  Continue that process until those 4 have 4 and so on.  Quickly you won’t have a distributor anymore because they will promote to Silver and then Gold. Promoted a new Gold?  Now help them promote 4 Golds!  Make this a primary part of your business plan and your teams will explode with growth.
